Hour of Code!

This week, Helpdesk participated in The Hour of Code. We had many great companies come and give presentations, and tell us all about how coding is used at their workplace. Companies such as iRobot, Microsoft, Mitre, Apple, and many more participated in the day for BHS. The most engaging for me was Apple. They had iPads with Swift Playgrounds, an app we have been experimenting with on our own, open for us to explore and mess around with. They also came to see some of the work we have done, and their interest was much appreciated. It was a good week for us to show off some of the work we have done, and see the amazing things some major companies have done themselves!
